ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned for a store credit, an exchange, or for a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please note that all resized or custom designed items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as well. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number. Once your RA number has been approved we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to ship your item back to Nick Engel & Co. Once we have received your returned item and can insure that the item has been unworn and in its original condition, we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original shipping and handling fees.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased at our store locations. If you would like to return goods purchased through our physical store, you may do so for exchange or store credit only. This exchange must done within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us. We are happy to assist with exchanges or returns, as well as shipping the item back to us.

TERMS OF SERVICE
We ship throughout the U.S. Most styles are in stock and ready to ship. For made to order items, please allow 2 weeks lead time. All packages are fully insured and shipped through UPS.
All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for store credit, but will only be accepted 7 days after receipt of delivery. All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service. Resized rings cannot be exchanged.
We're located on the West Coast. Our hours of operation are 10am-5pm PST Monday through Friday.
We would love to work with you on a custom design! We are happy to work with stones you provide and either incorporate them into existing designs or create a new setting from scratch. We can also source ethically mined diamonds and gemstones for your project.

All of our jewelry is handmade by our team using recycled platinum, gold, sterling silver, and conflict-free diamonds and gemstones. We take pride in the construction and craftsmanship that goes into our products. If your piece breaks, we are happy to repair it for the cost of shipping it back to us. Please note that all resized or custom designed items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a toothbrush.
