RETURN POLICY

 

While we do not accept refunds, we are happy to help coordinate exchanges of equal or greater value within two weeks of the date purchased. Item must be in original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Custom creations are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

TERMS OF SERVICE

Shipping

We ship throughout the U.S. Unless indicated as ready to ship, please allow two weeks lead time for made to order pieces. All packages are fully insured and shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Returns

Exchanges can be made for store credit, but will only be accepted two weeks after receipt of item. All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service. Resized, augmented, or damaged jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Custom projects, special orders and international sales are all final sale. Exchanged items or items purchased with store credit are final sale. 

Any piece of jewelry purchased out of our cases gets a complimentary sizing

We're located on the West Coast. Our hours of operation are 10AM - 5PM Wednesday thru Saturday.

Custom Work

We would love to work with you on a custom design! We are happy to work with provided stones and either incorporate them into existing designs or create an entirely one of a kind piece. We are also happy to assist with ethically sourcing post-consumer, antique, modern, or lab created diamonds and gemstones for your project.

Complimentary Preventative Maintenance For Life*

We take pride in the construction and craftsmanship that goes into our products. Nick recommends stopping by the shop annually for a complimentary visual inspection and cleaning - anything that we can fix during the visual inspection is done free of charge. 

For custom and our ready-to-wear rings, we offer two complimentary re-sizings after the ring leaves the shop.

 

*We request that customers looking to take advantage of the warranty come in for regular maintenance at least every two years for inspection and cleaning. This way, we can ensure the work is within reason - for example, we wouldn't be able to do full repairs on a ring after 10 years with severe wear and tear. Thank you for understanding!

Self-Cleaning Recommendations

We recommend that you clean your piece when it loses its shine or every year. The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a toothbrush.
